Ecommerce, at scale
Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce brands doing $1M+ in revenue or with 10,000+ customers. Below that there usually aren't enough customers to build a program from.
Already working with people
They run ambassadors, affiliates, or creators today — often in spreadsheets, a discount code app, and a shared inbox. Those are the easiest conversations we have.
Or they want to start
Rising acquisition costs, a loyal customer base, and no structured way to activate it. If they've said any of that out loud recently, refer them.

Referral terms
When do I get paid?
Once the brand you referred signs up for an annual Roster plan, we send you $250. It's a flat amount — the same whatever plan they choose.
What if they're already talking to Roster?
If the brand is already an active opportunity with our team, the referral won't qualify. We'll tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you waiting.
Can I refer more than one brand?
Yes, there's no limit. Each qualifying referral is paid separately.
Do I have to be a Roster customer?
No. Anyone can refer a brand — customers, agencies, consultants, and friends of the team.
What if they sign up monthly instead?
The $250 is tied to an annual plan, so a monthly signup doesn't trigger it. If they later switch to annual, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Can I refer my own brand?
