PayPal & Venmo Payouts
Send commission payments to ambassadors from your brand's PayPal account without leaving Roster. Venmo payouts run through the same connection — PayPal owns Venmo, so there's no separate setup. US ambassadors receive Venmo payments by entering the mobile number tied to their account. Roster charges nothing for the integration; PayPal's own Payouts fees apply.

Yes, natively. Roster syncs customers, orders, and discount codes so ambassador sales are attributed without manual work.
What if my tool isn't listed?
Zapier connects Roster to a wide range of applications, and we add direct integrations continuously.
Why does connecting Instagram go through Facebook?
Meta requires it. Your Instagram professional account has to be linked to a Facebook Page, and the authorization runs through a personal Facebook account that manages that Page. All requested permissions are required for listening and metrics to work.
Do integrations cost extra?
Connecting the integrations on this page is included. One capability is gated: Full Social Listening, which captures Instagram and TikTok posts from people who aren't contacts in your account, is a paid add-on. Standard Social Listening — covering the ambassadors and creators already in your portal — is included on every plan.
Why do Meta connections drop periodically?
Meta expires the access token from time to time, which is normal across third-party tools. Roster shows a red banner in your account and emails reconnect instructions when it happens.

Social platforms
Connecting your brand's social accounts is what powers social listening. Roster captures posts that mention you and files them in the Social Feed, where you can star, archive, download, and filter them. Social Listening is included on every plan; Full Social Listening — which also captures posts from people who aren't contacts in your account — is a paid add-on.
Instagram Social listening
Captures feed posts and Reels where ambassadors tag your brand, plus Stories from ambassadors who have connected their own accounts. Connects through Facebook, since Meta requires the accounts to be linked. First connection syncs your tagged posts from the previous 30 days.
TikTok Social listening
Pulls in videos and photo carousels from ambassadors participating in campaigns or actions with TikTok requirements. One TikTok profile per brand account. TikTok's API provides metadata and a thumbnail rather than the video file itself, so cards display a thumbnail.
Facebook Social listening
Connected through the same Meta authorization as Instagram, and supports multiple Pages. Posts and Reels are captured when an ambassador @mentions your Page at the moment they publish — editing a post to add the mention afterward won't trigger capture.
X Social listening
One profile per brand account. Because of changes to the X API, posts are pulled in when the ambassador clicks Refresh inside the campaign or action requirements rather than automatically.
