Referral terms
When do I get paid?
Once the brand you referred signs up for an annual Roster plan, we send you $250. It's a flat amount, the same whatever plan they choose.
Do I have to be a Roster customer?
No. Anyone can refer a brand: customers, agencies, consultants and friends of the team.
What if they're already talking to Roster?
If the brand is already an active opportunity with our team, the referral won't qualify. We'll tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you waiting.
What if they sign up monthly instead?
The $250 is tied to an annual plan, so a monthly signup doesn't trigger it. If they later switch to annual, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Can I refer more than one brand?
Yes, there's no limit. Each qualifying referral is paid separately.
Can I refer my own brand?
